Dr. Jeremy Gordon, DMD
Dentist
Born and raised in St. Augustine, FL, Dr. Jeremy Gordon is excited to bring excellent, family-oriented dental care to his hometown.
Dr. Gordon completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, graduating with a degree in psychology. He then continued on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
In 2003, Dr. Gordon returned to St. Augustine to practice, enjoying giving back to his community. In the last several years, Dr. Gordon has done hundreds of hours of continuing education, including cosmetics, implants, and preventive care. He is actively pursuing Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires three years of rigorous study and completion of a comprehensive exam.
In addition to his passion for continuing education and training in the field of dentistry, Dr. Gordon enjoys surfing, yoga, and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters, Meya and Nani.
Dr. Sarah Hutson, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Sarah Hutson attended the University of North Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree.
As a native North Floridian, Dr. Hutson is grateful to have had the opportunity to return to the beautiful city of St. Augustine and be able to provide quality dental care to this wonderful community. Dr. Hutson believes that the comfort and trust of her patients are of utmost importance, and therefore strives to hold each patient at the highest level. She pursued her dream of helping others and is excited to fulfill this passion through dentistry.
On a personal note, Dr. Hutson enjoys the beach, shopping, cooking, and especially enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Jordon, and children, Jane, Grant, and Leah.
Dr. Hannah Jones, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Hannah Jones attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science. She then continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Following graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Jones is originally from the panhandle of Florida where she was born and raised. She is happy to have planted roots in Jacksonville and looks forward to serving the St. Augustine community! Her goal is to always make her patients feel understood and taken care of.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Jones loves going to the beach, walking her boxer (Stevie), reading, traveling, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
Bethany
Insurance Coordinator
Bethany joined Gordon Dental in July 2014 as our Insurance Coordinator. Bethany has a real affinity for helping our patients understand and use their benefits. Bethany’s vast knowledge about insurance makes her an exceptional resource for our practice and our patients. She is always ready to be your advocate and answer your insurance questions.
Bethany is also known as “Bee” and was born and raised here in St. Augustine. She is also an Alumni of Flagler College. When not at work, you can find Bethany spending time with her husband and their 3 children; Tanner, Emma and Gage.
Kiersten
Treatment Coordinator
Kiersten began working for Gordon Dental Associates in 2016 as a hygiene coordinator and took on the role of treatment coordinator in 2019. Kiersten’s vast experience in customer service makes her a great asset to our front office team.
Kiersten is a Central Florida native and moved to St. Augustine in 2015. Her love of traveling brought her to take a job as an international flight attendant, and she got to see the world while doing so. Her favorite places to explore were Alaska, Guam, and Germany.
In her free time, she enjoys being on the water or outdoors with family and friends, shopping, and going to the beach.
Meghan
Patient Coordinator
Meghan joined the Gordon Dental team in April 2019. She attended St Johns River Community College and worked in the banking industry for many years. Although she is new to the dental field, she has more than ten years of experience in the medical field and is a huge patient advocate. Meghan loves meeting new people and prides herself in meeting the needs of others. When you come in, one of the first smiling faces you will usually see is hers!
Meghan was born and raised in St. Augustine, so there is a real good chance that she either knows your family, or you know hers. She married her High School sweetheart, Mark, and together they have three daughters: McKenzie, Marlana, and Mallory. In her free time she enjoys watching her daughters ride horses and fishing with her family.
Heather
Patient Coordinator
Heather joined the Gordon Dental team in December 2022. She worked in the accounting industry for many years, but made a career change and has now been in the dental field for over 7 years.
Heather is a people person and really loves to make all our patients smile. She is usually one of the last faces our patients see when checking out and strives to make sure every patient has the best experience possible. To meet Heather, is like chatting with a friend, she has never met a stranger.
Being a St. Augustine native, Heather loves spending time out on the boat and in the sun. Heather has a passion for cooking and her newest endeavor is making an assortment of sourdough breads. She especially loves spending every minute she can with her two beautiful children: Adrianna and Jackson.
Krystle
Hygiene Coordinator
As a long-time patient, Krystle was excited to join Gordon Dental in 2023. Krystle has more than 15 years in the medical field. Krystle is passionate about people and strives to help anyone she can. She loves making patients happy and does so easily with her witty personality.
Krystle is a St. Augustine native and in her spare time she enjoys coffee dates, cooking, beach days and everything outdoors. Krystle is a dedicated mother of two blessings. She loves playing basketball with her son as she is pleasantly competitive, and she enjoys watching and coaching her daughter in cheerleading.
Hilary
Dental Hygienist
In 2009, Hilary was part of the inaugural team of dental professionals that helped start Gordon Dental Associates. She has provided patient-centered care as a registered dental hygienist since then. Her education from FCCJ, combined with her previous years of experience as a Dental Assistant and extensive self-study, help her to provide patients with the highest level of care with a personal touch.
In addition to making a difference in her patient’s lives, she is passionate about her family and friends. Hilary enjoys volunteering in her children’s school and serving the broader St. Augustine community.
Lyndsey
Dental Hygienist
Lyndsey began her career in dentistry as a surgical assistant in 2008. Her desire to help keep people smiling led her to continue her education. Lyndsey obtained her dental hygiene degree from Santa Fe State College in 2012. She moved to St. Augustine and became part of our team in 2014. Lyndsey strives to keep your dental appointments enjoyable while helping you achieve optimal dental health.
Outside of the office, She enjoys biking and spending quality time with her husband and three boys! She also loves playing at the beach, craft beer, and cooking.
Lori
Dental Hygienist
Lori joined our practice in 2018 while moving to St. Augustine from the Orange Park area, where she grew up. She attended Florida Community College at Jacksonville, where she graduated from the dental assisting program in 1992 and the dental hygiene program in 1997. She completed her Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene at St. Petersburg college in 2013 as well.
She is definitely the “continuing ed junkie” and loves researching anything related to dentistry and healthcare. She wanted to be a dental hygienist even as a little girl, and her passion is obvious as she cares for her patients like friends and family.
In her spare time, Lori spends time with her husband and daughter here locally. Her son and his family live in Oregon, so she tries to visit as often as possible to go play with her grandson. They love to hop on a bike and go explore St. Augustine or hop on a plane and explore the world. You may catch them out on the water or chasing their Golden Retrievers around town too!
Crystal
Dental Hygienist
Crystal join our team in Summer of 2020. Crystal was born and raised in Gainesville Florida and moved to St. Augustine Florida in 2005. Her love of children brought her to become a nanny and then later take a job for a pediatric dental office as a dental assistant. After 5 years with them Crystal fell even more in love with dentistry and decided to further her education and become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from FSCJ as an RDH in 2020. In Crystal’s free time she enjoys going to the beach, going shopping and spending time with her husband, Juliano and her son, Luca.
Annette
Dental Hygienist
Annette has enjoyed 26 years as a Dental Hygienist here in St. Augustine. Her favorite part of working at Gordon Dental is getting to know the patients and helping them to reach their personal best oral health! Annette and her husband love to take their tiny vintage camper out and explore Florida on the weekends. In addition to camping, Annette works at the Embassy Suites as their Sunday yoga teacher. Annette looks forward to meeting you and providing you with an enjoyable and relaxing visit!
Natalie
Dental Hygienist
Natalie joined our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the summer of 2022. She attended Florida State College at Jacksonville and received her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. Natalie loves to meet new patients and help them achieve their oral health goals.
In Natalie’s free time she enjoys shopping, a nice glass of wine and pizza, and laying by the pool with a good book. Natalie can't wait to see you at your next appointment!
Rachel
Clinical Director/Dental Assistant
Rachel started her dental assisting career in 1999 after getting extensive dental work done; she then realized that being a dental assistant isn’t just her job, it’s her passion. From that experience, she understands the true meaning of patient care.
Dr. Gordon’s lead dental assistant since 2012, she assists him with all procedures, and she loves our work in cosmetic dentistry and the rewards that come with changing someone’s smile for the better. The attention to detail and the skill involved make her really appreciate the scientific and artistic nature of cosmetic dentistry.
Born in New York, then living in South Florida and Colorado, her husband and three children moved to Saint Augustine in 2012. Being with her family is very important to her. Rachel's hobbies include taking road trips, running, and shopping. A few of Rachel’s favorite things are the color orange and collecting anything dental related; she is what you call a true dental nerd.
Eden
Dental Assistant
Eden joined Gordon Dental in June 2021 as an Assistant. She currently attends Daytona State College to pursue her Associates in Science so one day she can become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, photography, museums and concerts.
Laura
Dental Assistant
As a long time patient, Laura was excited to joined our Gordon Dental team in 2022 as a Dental Assistant. Prior to joining us Laura was an orthodontic assistant in Jacksonville. Her favorite part about working at Gordon Dental is building relationships with our patients and making them feel comfortable here.
Being a Saint Augustine native, Laura loves spending her days out in the sun surfing or being out on the water. Often spotted at the St. Augustine amphitheater, Laura enjoys local live music.
Cheyenne
Sterilization Tech
Cheyenne has been part of our Gordon dental team since 2023. She is currently taking college classes at St. John’s river state college, with plans to pursue a career as a dental hygienist one day. She looks forward to eventually being a hygienist, potentially at Gordon Dental, but as of now she loves helping the doctors and hygienist with daily task.
Cheyenne is often referred to as “shy” here at the office. She was born and raised locally in St. Augustine. When not at work, she is most likely watching a sunset and taking care of or buying more animals.
